Kaifeng Ruifa High and Medium Pressure Valve Co., Ltd., founded in 1988, was originally named Kaifeng Ruifa High and Medium Pressure Valve Factory. It was restructured and renamed in 2006, and is one of the key valve manufacturing enterprises in Henan Province.
The company currently has more than 110 employees and covers an area of 24,000 square meters with a construction area of 12,000 square meters. The main functional departments include the Technology Department, Quality Department, Production Department, Sales Department, Supply Department, Finance Department, and the Company Office, etc. The main production equipment includes more than 120 types of machine tools, argon arc welding, plasma spray welding, high-frequency quenching, high-temperature box-type resistance furnace and other heat treatment equipment, and the main testing equipment includes safety valve performance test devices, computer screen display universal testing machines, metallographic analyzers, spectroscopy, direct reading spectrometers, spring tension and compression testing machines, hardness testers, hydraulic valve test benches, ultrasonic detectors, ultrasonic thickness gauges, infrared thermometers, and a physical and chemical laboratory, etc. At present, it can produce more than ten series of more than a thousand specifications of different models of safety valves, power station valves, extraction check valves, gate valves, ball valves, check valves, butterfly valves, drainage valves, balancing valves, regulating valves, etc. The main materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, low-temperature steel (WCB, WB36, WC1, LCB, WC6, WC9, 12CrMoV, 1Cr5Mo, 20CrMo, CF8, CF8M, 25Cr2Mo1V, 304, 316), etc., and is highly praised by customers for its excellent product internal quality, appearance quality, and quality after-sales service. The products are sold throughout the country and exported to Kazakhstan, Singapore, Malaysia, Sudan, Bangladesh, the United Arab Emirates, Iran and other countries. In 2008, the company provided the first domestic large-caliber (DN900mm), high-pressure (64kg) "exhaust check valve" for the high-emission system of Ma'anshan Power Plant, which is the first use of domestic products in the power system for this specification of valve, and has been in use to date with good results.

In July and November 2007, the company's "Zhu Valve" brand safety valve series products were rated as high-quality products in Henan Province and famous brand products in Henan Province, respectively. In 2012, it was awarded the famous trademark in Henan Province. It has been named "Contract-abiding and Credit-keeping Enterprise" by the Kaifeng Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce for many consecutive years, and has been awarded the titles of "Advanced Enterprise", "Star Enterprise", "Excellent Enterprise" and other honorary titles by the governments at all levels of the city and county.
