DC globe valve: In DC or Y-shaped globe valves, the flow path of the valve body forms a diagonal line with the main flow path, which reduces the degree of damage to the flow state compared to conventional globe valves, and therefore reduces the pressure loss through the valve. The DC globe valve has a reasonable structure, excellent performance, beautiful appearance, and a wide range of applicable pressures. It is mainly used to connect or cut off media in pipelines and has the advantages of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, good abrasion resistance, and long service life
Advantages of DC globe valve:
1. DC structure, simple structure, easy to manufacture and maintain.
2. Small work schedule and short opening and closing time.
3. Good sealing performance, low friction between sealing surfaces, and long service life.
4. DC or Y-shaped globe valve, with the main flow channel of the valve body forming a diagonal line with the flow channel, has low fluid resistance, and is mostly used for fluids containing solid particles or high viscosity;
Installation and maintenance:
1. The shut-off valve operated by handwheel and handle can be installed at any position in the pipeline.
2. Handwheels, handles, and micro motion mechanisms are not allowed for lifting purposes.
3. The flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow direction shown on the valve body.
